Located in the newly developed Porto Cupecoy Village, Crow’s Nest is a superb three bedroom, 3 ½ bath penthouse apartment. Its high wooden beamed ceilings give this 365M² penthouse a special spacious airy feel. Located at the entrance to the Porto Cupecoy Marina from Simpson Bay with commanding views in all directions.

The furniture and art, much of it from Asia, give the rooms a peaceful yet functional feel. Three terraces give surrounding views, an unobstructed view of the Port of Marigot in the northeast to the spectacular sunsets in the Caribbean Ocean.

The western terrace is a large (62M²) uncovered spacious area capable of entertaining a reasonable crowd. This terrace has an open wooden canopy with fine outdoor furniture. A retractable awning provides shade from the intense afternoon sun.

The entire apartment is capable of being air conditioned with separate controls for each bedroom.

Water on St Maarten/St Martin is a precious commodity, please use what you need.

Villa En’Sea is within a short 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and water sports, or a 20-minute walk to Front Street, the shopping mecca of the Caribbean.

Villa Bleu de Mer sits on nearly two acres and is set into the gently sloping Guana Bay hillside. Close the remote controlled gate behind you and head up our driveway, your spectacular views start, and stay with you, during your entire stay.
The entryway leading to our outdoor patio dining area is surrounded by tropical plants and allows for private open-air dining.
Inside, a spacious dining room with a large mahogany, marble-topped dining room table, conveniently located near our fully equipped kitchen, makes entertaining a pleasure.
The views get no better than those you will enjoy from our upstairs living room. Wide, sliding glass doors, open up to some of the most breathtaking views you will enjoy in St. Maarten.
Staying in any of Villa Bleu de Mer’s five bedrooms is your best guarantee for an enjoyable St. Maarten vacation. All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer two queen-size and three king-size beds. Mosquito netting adds to their coziness.
The Master Bedroom occupies its own section of the villa providing for complete privacy. Sit in our Air-Chair on your private porch and enjoy those early morning or late afternoon ocean breezes! The bathroom has double bathroom sinks, shower and large bathtub and its own spectacular view of Guana Bay Beach just minutes below you. A cedar paneled walk-in closet lets you bring everything on vacation – with lots of room to spare!
Our Blue, Green and Red Rooms are located in the other end of the villa along with their bathrooms. All are nicely furnished and face the ocean. A separate patio area adjoining the three bedrooms will provide you with your own space for relaxation, drinks or whatever you fancy.
A snug guest cottage located adjacent to the villa provides our fifth bedroom. The cottage has its own bath and even a small loft! A perfect place for a nanny.
For those of you who must do a little work on vacation or who just need to stay in close contact with the real world, our study is the answer. A high-speed internet connection and a complete mini office (telephone, fax, printer, copier and scanner) makes this a snap.
For readers, a quiet reading nook is provided.
The den opens out onto a spacious pooldeck with teak furniture. Gentle breezes greet you as you step out and take in the spectacular views of the ocean, Guana Bay Beach and the neighboring island of St. Barths.
Prefer to have dinner outside or to entertain on the pooldeck? No problem, Mon! A gazebo covers our swim-up bar and a large patio table can accommodate up to eight diners – or drinkers! A BBQ grill is always handy. Stoke up the coals and dinner is served!
The grounds around Villa Bleu de Mer are nicely landscaped and are a showcase for Caribbean shrubs and flowers.
Maid service is provided five days a week and a stand-by generator, with automatic switchover, is on duty seven days a week.
A large cistern acts a backup and makes sure that relaxing showers, warmed by solar heaters, are always possible.
Guana Bay, and in particular the beach, is a great place for an early morning or late afternoon stroll or meditation. Or, just spend the entire day on our pooldeck!
Villa Bleu de Mer’s location is only minutes away from Philipsburg where shopping is at its best. The Boardwalk in Philipsburg is a great place for nighttime entertainment and a wide choice of dining experiences.
